Powerstroke flywheel fit IDI?

I've got the bad gear rollover plus some bad clutch shimmy going on. PO had the single mass and a new clutch of some sort installed.

Question: can the 95 powerstroke zf5 flywheel be adapted to the 7.3idi/zf5? Thanks in advance.

The PSD flywheel also has 10 bolt holes while the ones for an IDI have 9.

Just go with a Luk 07-225 flywheel, then add 1 extra quart of ATF to the ZF5 trans. That combo works nicely - you only hear gear rollover if you are below about 900 RPM or so in gear.

it had a new single mass of some sort and clutch. I've got to get in there to inspect because it has a bad chatter especially when hot. Not fun under load in start and stop at all. Might be play in input shaft? Flywheel runout? Pilot bearing?

thanks for the tip on running more atf for the gear roll-over. I'll try it.
