I bought a RedHead about a year ago and had it installed. It has had a slight drip since day one. I have to add fluid every few weeks. I wish I knew about BlueHead when buying.
They have excellent customer service from what I was reading about when this was posted.
You might be able to call them and say what's up and see if they will do anything about it. But for certain they would have made it right when you first installed it, just for future readers. I saw many posts about some issue, but a phone call and they made it right no problem. Obviously it's a hassle to do the work again but it's better(to me) than having a leak and wishing you'd done something else.

Seems like QC is definitely not what it used to be, but the CS is still very good.

What might they do? Mail me some parts that I'd have to install, or pay my guy to install?

Probably exchange the part. But I'm just passing along what I've read. Yes it would be much worse than having the part work the way it should to begin with, I'm fully with you on that. Most likely --> uninstall --> ship to them --> they ship out another or the same unit fixed, then --> re-install.
