Im sure this has been coverd some where but I have spent over an hour trying to get a good shoot of one of my trucks as my avatar. I see others avatars and you can see the object well. Mine is so small its pointless. I have a photo program which allows me to resize and I use the 155x155 thing and the photo gets rejected. In order for it to be acepted its tiny. Whats up? Also I would like to post pics of some projects that folks can look at. I click on my attachments but it just says no attachments. How do I put in the attachments? Help.

Your avatar should end up about this size. 155x95

As for attachments,
scroll down to, and click "manage attachments"
click "browse"
select file, click "upload"
close window, submit reply.

This is not done from the quick reply window.
Click "post reply"

150x92 seems to fit ok.
Not sure why it wouldn't accept the other size.

i simply copied the pic bob put up then stuck it in your av. dunno why it didnt work for you but it looks good now

The first one I put up for him was a hair to big.
The second one is good. But you beat him to it.
I kind of like the mr. Magoo one though.

Well I owe you a beer. Or a cocktail. Being on this site is gonna break me some day just buying drinks. If there is ever one of those get togethers in my neck of the woods you folks need to come collect. I just finnished building my new shop. (power guys are here right now) so any time any you folks are in this part of the country and having a repair issue be sure to look me up. Be happy to help if I can.
