Ok, when I open ed my drivers door to do some work on my new gauges, this item was in the drivers floor board . It must have come from under the seat or under the dash. It is about 8 inches long and 3x3 approximately, it is made of hard foam. Who knows what this is and where it goes?

Well I've taken apart the bucket seats from an OBS several times and never noticed any hard foam. I would be inclined to think it came from under the dash.

It is from the lower dash panel if its foam. On my 94 its black and near the storage recessed area between that and the fuse panel cover
