Yes I am still working on this beast and have a question about the oil cooler. Is there a certain way that I'm supposed to take it apart? I already have it off of the block. I just was not sure if it just wiggled apart or what? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

The only thing holding the headers on the bundle are o-rings. Since you have it out of the truck just slip it in a vice and take a soft faced hammer or a block of wood with a hammer and knock the headers off - they will come right off. Probably what's happened is the o-rings are hard as a rock with age.
