My oil cooler started leaking last week and was wondering how hard it is to replace to o rings. I figured I would replace the water pump and thermostat at the same time so I only have to drain the coolant once. Any pointers for easy installation would be much appreciated. Brandon

It's not too bad. Obviously you'll need the o rings and gaskets for the headers at the block. Easiest thing is to take the rear header and bundle off of the front bundle and then take the front header off. Reverse the procedure for installation. Use plenty of vaseline or plumber's grease to lube up the o rings. Put the o rings on the bundle (not the headers) for reassembly. You will most likely need a bar clamp or two to press the bundle into the rear header. Depending on how crusty your cooler is it may be pretty hard to separate it in the first place. You may have to use a 2x4 to use as a lever to get it out.
