oil cooler issues

My dad has a 95 stroker that started leaking at the oil cooler. He removed the cooler and is now having trouble getting it back together. Any tricks to getting this sucker fixed?

use a low temp grease or vaseline and lube the **** out of it.got a press,bottle or floor jack?if you can find something that wont move to put the cooler under you can use a jack to squeeze the headers on.

make sure he lets it sit for about half hour after he gets the new orings on the bundle before trying to put it together.
