Not Dead Yet...

Needing help with my girlfriend's 97 Powerstroke. It idles really rough when you start it (like it's stone cold) every time since she put some diesel in this afternoon. It drove fine, and only lopes for the first 30 seconds or so. Drained some stuff outta the water seperator, and it lit off right 3 times after that, but now it's really running like crap. I'm hoping it's just dirty fuel, but does this sound like some sensor gone out maybe?

Just for fun "splurge" on a new fuel filter.
btw when did it last have an oil change? because the oil pressurizes the injectors and you could have sludge build up, that would do it (once it warms up oil thins out)
