No power to ip

Hi all .i have a 90 idi. I ran a wire from my electric fuel pump to my switched wire on the ip. I think that wire grounded out and now i have no power to the ip . Any ideas?

The key switch hot wire is protected by a fusible link. Typical circuit below. Get out your test lite or VOM. Check all fuses.

you can't run direct power off from the FSS line like that or you'll overload the circuit.you need to draw directly from a stronger circuit or off the battery directly.if you want to setup a relay,you can use the FSS line,but only as a way to tell the relay to turn on,not draw from.
