No break lights help

I have a 1993 f350 7.3 idi 4x4 long box. Crewcab
No break lights and no 4ways

I have blinkers and running lights
I have new turn signal switch same thing so put old one back in
I have just under 5 volts to break light switch at pedal
When i turn on 4ways it goes up to like 10 volts at break pedal switch conector then it kills power to signal

I jumped a positive wire from battery to break pedal switch conector then break lights turn on

I just learned about 4way flasher on back of fuse panel going to replace tomorrow

Looked at wirering from blinker switch and can't see no fraying and from break pedal conector and up as far as i can see and unwrap the loom no fraying still some wirering to look at deep in there but doubt its deep in there

I dont know were the ground wirering is too look at
I tested continuity on 4way flasher relay and nothing dobt know if it's Supposed to have continuity on it just getting new one tomorrow
