Yes... in the Slantnose, and Bricknose (80-91), and the first few years of the OBS 92-~94 had power front, and crank rear. During the OBS years they started offering 4 power windows. I think the opinion here is in the 94 or 95ish time frame... the 92's did not, the 97's did, and it changed somewhere between. When Travis was looking for the original E-1 (Bricknose) he passed on several trucks thinking it was some type of conversion until he talked to someone at a dealer and was told that was normal and they were all that way.
Travis joked later on, that he was happy to see that engineer still had a job, because on my 02 Dodge Neon, it is the same way.... 2 power front, and even a power sunroof, and manual rear windows........ So that engineer must have left Ford and started designing Neons.......
