New Injectors & IP

Looks like it's time to change the injectors at least. The truck is an 86 with 245000 klicks.Is it best to change both pump & injectors together or can I just change out the injectors first then leave the pump if performance is ok?
What is the recommended type of replacement-new or rebuilt?Is there an aftermarket injector that is better than stock ford or IH?
What about a suggestion on best price for the right injectors somewhere in Western Canada.

Fresh injectors are going to have a higher pop presure than your old ones. Your worn pump may not be up to the task. I'd change both.
