Did a 3g swap about 6 months ago with the 130 amp 95 E150 4.9 alt from DB Electrical. Noticed today it's not charging. 11.79 volts at battery and alt output post and 11.8x with truck off so clearly it hasn't been charging for a while. I have +12v key on at the appropriate terminal, fuse is good in charge cable. Anything I can test or check on this?

Check your connections where you spliced it in. If they are all good, pull it and have it tested. Could be a bad regulator but they are internally regulated.
