Not too bad to use as long as the magnetic probe and luminosity probe work. There is some disagreement between people here on where luminosity timing should be set. I used to confidently state that with today's fuel, timing ought to be between 0*ATDC and 2* ATDC @1400 rpm, but a couple other members here produced charts that indicate that the timing should not be more advanced than 3.5 even with very high cetane fuel at sea level. I won't tell you what to do, but I will say make sure everything works and that if you use the recommended 20ATDC hole you need to dial in an offset of 20* and see where you are and then see what works for your fuel and your conditions.
