Just picked up a snap on mt480 time with everything for 70 bucks going to see if I fix this crappy fuel mileage problemm

Not too bad to use as long as the magnetic probe and luminosity probe work. There is some disagreement between people here on where luminosity timing should be set. I used to confidently state that with today's fuel, timing ought to be between 0*ATDC and 2* ATDC @1400 rpm, but a couple other members here produced charts that indicate that the timing should not be more advanced than 3.5 even with very high cetane fuel at sea level. I won't tell you what to do, but I will say make sure everything works and that if you use the recommended 20ATDC hole you need to dial in an offset of 20* and see where you are and then see what works for your fuel and your conditions. Thing looked brand new no wear marks from being used or anything hope this can help my 11 MPG problem
