OK, so my truck is pretty enjoyable to drive, but I have been driving it this last week while I replace the seals on our TDI's injector pump, and there are a couple little problems which would be nice to nip in the butt.
The first one is that my rear tank has the classic you can't fuel it up on high, or low settings for that matter. I have to stand there and hold it just right with my mouth held right while squeezing the handle just right. It looks like someone has gutted the neck assembly already. Do you think that the tank vent is clogged?
The second little thing is that my power steering, belt or pump(?), will chirp or squeal if you turn the wheel while sitting or if you max to one lock or the other (wife does it a lot when trying to maneuver in parking lots).
any tips?
I've read over the tank filler mod pages, but am most curious as to why it would choke if someone has done it already?
Thanks
