Too heavy for a flat rate box but nice thought anyway. I have a set of 3.73 in my 79 chevy C30 and that rig hauls the mail with no problems. The 454 is not working hard hauling anything I have hooked up to it either. I may or may not try 3.73 in my crewcab. Have been thinking a lot about that or 4.10 gears. Wish I could do both...
Well I put a set of 33's on and now the 3.55's are just to high for me, 4.10's would be better for those tires. The 265's I had on it before felt pretty good but If I decide to go back to that size I'll just buy some 3.73's.
