So I have 2 10.25 rears, one is a 1993 dually with 4.10s and the other is a 1997 SRW parts truck with 3.55s. Does anyone know if its possible or feasible to just swap out the 4.10s with the 3.55? planning at the minimum to have to do a full setup on it, is there anything else that would be a massive hurdle to deal with in this situation? Id rather keep the dually housing, as it is in much better shape. Parts truck is rusty outside and brakes and such are questionable. Thanks everyone

Dually pickup is about 7" wider than srw.

Dually c&c is about same as SRW, but perch spacing is wrong.

97 should be the improved long pinion & yoke.

No. It's interchangable. Use the yoke and pinion together.

The change is around 93-94. So your existing diff may or may not be the upgraded setup.

Might be different. There's 1330, 1330C, and 1350. It's the cup sizes that change, not the cross. Conversion joints are available.
