Good, for best results tap the crossover pipe within 3 inches from the manifold for best results. A safe maximum is probably 1100-1200 degrees.

Good, now You can buy a water temp, transmission temp, oil pressure and last but not least voltage meter. Later when You turbo charge it You can add the boost gauge. Personally I'd get isspro and make sure the oil press gauge is electronic, You don't want oil inside the cab (don't ask how I know :rolleyes: ).

I use Isspro for all my gages. I used the mechanical oil pressure gage for over 200,000 miles but I really didn't like the idea of hot oil in the cab. I have changed to the electric Isspro oil pressure gage and its just as fine a gage. I do have lots of gages. You should hear these motors when the oil temp over 330 degrees and pressure dropping to 25 lbs at 2700 rpm.....:cry: :(
