This morning when I tried to drive the truck it would not start moving until it hit about 1500-2000RPM. No reverse - or at least I didn't rev the engine high enough out of fear for damaging it.

Managed to get it home and pulled codes:
23, 22, and 62.
OD light flashing.
TPS sensor replaced about 10k miles ago. Will hook up the meter to get voltages.
Speedometer and tach both work.
1991 F250 E4OD

Going through some threads about the OD light flashing but happy to hear any starting points.

Thanks in advance.

23 is a service code, Probably didn't hold throttle WOT while retrieving codes.
22 means nothing /\ /\ /\
62 is TC lockup, means nothing /\/\/\.
Check fluid level hot in Park. Low fluid, rev Hi damage pump.

Yes, probably correct. Was using a piece of wood to hold full throttle in the cab.

Replaced the EEC relay. Opened the old one and it looked a little corroded and dirty.

Checked circuit breaker seven (?) and the terminals were a little corroded. Replaced the cb.

Checked fluid level and it was low. Serviced it back up, about 2.5 qts.

Drives like it did on Tuesday now. Never noticed any fluid leak and this problem his issue only came up today. On Tue I carried a few loads of green wood a short distance and it ran great.

Thanks again!
