Gotta love them HOA's. Took me a long time to find a house here that didnt have an association but also was not in a run down neighborhood. Mine leaks too, anyone know what to use to get that crap off of concrete?

Purple Power... It comes in a squirt bottle and in INDUSTRIAL strength. Worked great in my driveway after fixing my oil return tube leak and dumping all the fuel out of the IP into the driveway while turning up the pump.
