Well as some of you know I bought that motor that was in that other thread down in alabama. Its complete out of a 93 factory turbo. No fuel system or turbo though. Its supposed to run but it smokes a lot. Anyway I bought it to overhaul. Well I get down there and turns out he has pretty much another complete that he just gave me. The block is toast and the pistons are rusted to it but the heads are good, the oil cooler is good, and it has a torque converter and flex plate on it that might be good. I'll have to go through it all and see what I can save and what is scrap but for what I have in it I could go right to the scrap yard and get my money back. I'll have some pics later.

What you have with those flywheel flexplates is the early heavy wheels. Save them. They are no longer offered by anyone. I have a "few new thin plates that I bought just because after a national search. Found the last one Ford had and found one on ebay in a kit. The kit had a ring gear, bolts, thin plate and the large washer for $25.00...:D Cheap spare parts are always good spare parts...:sly

Once I get all the stuff pulled apart and cleaned up I will offer up what I don't want/ need. For instance the auto tranny stuff. I will never own an auto so it would do someone that has one better than sitting in my shop. Probably rebuild both oil coolers and keep one on the shelf for a spare and sell the other and so on. i agree though its nice to have parts.
