the only problem I see is the springs are needing replacement.

The front is 1 ton i can tell because the 3/4 tons only had 2 leafs. The rear however looks to me like it may have a couple extra leafs on the overload side, but i can't swear to it.

Its definitely beefier than my 1 ton. Mine only has two front leafs per side if I'm remembering correctly (and I'm pretty sure I am). I definitely have only one overload spring in the rear. I bet that rides pretty rough. I usually have around 1000 lbs in the bed of mine, it doesn't touch the overloads, and still rides like a truck, but I like it that way.

It has had some serious overloads added to it. Makes me wonder what the heck it used to pull.

Thats what my 350 looks like. But it had a coulple thousand pounds on the back from 40 foot sprayer

looks like an add a leaf on the front and some one has added springs to the rear. My first dump truck was a 3500 GMC and I used a set from another one ton and added almost all of the springs to my set. I only added one to the main pack and the rest went to the overloads to help spread the weight out to the helper brakets and not put it all on the spring shackles. It only dropped about 2-3 inches with 8000 lbs on

oh yea? so the wavyness to the springs mean there hooped ? they still seem to be pretty stiff and still work

the fronts are waved on the top two layers.
the rears are fanned out from overloading.
all I am doing is stating what I see in the pics.

I'd say it all looks like that cause they have mixed sets of springs instead of them being all the same spring pack
