Interior Trim

I have a 85 f350 single cab that i am in need of the interior trim around the seat belts and the rear cab corners for a truck with a factory headliner. I can purchase all the trim from the dash and A pillar to above the window. However i can not find the cab corner trim ( B pillar) including the pieces that go around the seat belt.

If anyone has these available please let me know.

interior trim is Tan, but i am fine with painting them if necessary.
