Pulled the intake manifold and the gasket leak is obvious.

Between #3 and #5 cylinders has some bleed through.

That matches corrosion on the intake manifold.
I used Permatex 80019 Aviation Sealant on the block when installing, but didn't use anything on the manifold.
The existing valley pan is still in excellent condition, aside from the obvious saturation from the leaking corroded area.
I would think removing, cleaning, and replacing the valley pan wouldn't make any difference, as it's the intake that needs attention.
I was thinking of a thin layer of sealant over the corrosion for a fix.
I'd rather not use it everywhere as once I get relocated I may well pull it and build some moderate performance.
This truck is screwing up my plans to get out of this state, I'm close to 50/50 on just selling it and literally moving on.
I don't want a total bubblegum fix, I just don't see any wear anywhere else on the pan, it's all dry clean, and in excellent condition.
What would you do?
