Ok so my fsuperduty is bein wierd as hell.runs great had great power and everthing.wierd thing is it's only runnin on like 6 or 7 injectors and 2 of the ones that are fireing arnt oiling.we can't figure that one out.and one of the known good injectors I swapped to a hole that wasn't firing and the one from that hole into the good hole.now the one that wasn't firing is and the one that was isn't.thought oh hey probley the wiring harness.changed it didn't make a difference.so then we changed the entire harness on the Motor still no change.were stumped

first and foremost, these injectors need oil to fire.
thats how they fire.
could be a injector cup, could be blocked oil passages.
i would try to fire it up with that injector out.
if it makes a mess, you know you have oil..lol
wear safety glasses:D

Oh, I misread that at first because you said "f-super duty." Lol
Its just super duty for those.

Was the harness new? Used? What brand? Well the uvch, not the engine harness.

How do you know for sure they're getting oil?

I would try swapping the idm also.

X2 on IDM,
if you did a contribution test, it would tell you if the IDM has a fault.

you could also let the computer tell you which cylinders arnt firing ;Sweet

Except Powerstrokes. Lol
Its under the dash behind the shifter. Aims straight down.

Depends if it's had the pcm flashed to OBDII. If it hasn't been, the apps won't work. Mine pretty much never saw the dealer, so it hasn't been flashed, yet.

Oh alright I gotcha lol well I'll have to see what I can do then.ive got the torque pro app I just haven't bought the adapter yet cause I keep forgetting lol.the truck I needed it on we came to the conclusion it was the icp sensor and right now that don't matter because the rear end is messed up cause the yoke piles out about an inch and locks up.but I'll try and get that and see if it's obd2 or not.
