Info on a banks turbo

A buddy of mine has a Banks turbo, he thinks it is for my IDI, looks alot like my stock unit. Says banks on both the exhaust housing and the charge side. There is a tag on it. From what I could read. The serial # is 13809 Part# is 24802, and the model # is 311457 T04B. I have googled it with no luck what so ever. The turbo is in excellent shape and he told me to give him a hundred bucks for it, just don't want to spend money on it then it's a waste of my time.

it certainly looks like a idi turbo to me.

I figure it should have some gain over my 242,000 mile stocker. I was also wondering about the back of the exhaust housing, where my down pipe would bolt up? Is there another piece I would have to buy that bolts to the exhaust housing to make the connection?

looks to me like you could cut the end of your current down pipe and weld a flange onto it then just bolt it on.

Ya it looks pretty agressive.

it dose look like you can make it work pretty easy tho.
just clock the cold side around

Buy it and I will give you the hundred, its not a Powerstroke. Just an older banks, prpbably a GM , they used the same turbos in the kits and it wont fit easy on a stock setup.
Comp wheel is same size as 093, or it may be the smaller 2.165 ind.
If its tight I would like it for parts or ??? If you dont want it
