I'm thinking you have a turbo for a psd engine. I have heard nothing about Banks designing anything for our idi engines. Maybe its a one off shelf item they had and are "testing the market"....

The turbo is obvious, with a photo of the compressor and turbine sides. But, I'd also like to see the up and down pipes and the intake hat as well.

I did find out a part number for the turbo assembly if anyone has one of the older kits and wants to try the "Quick-turbo" setup. Its 21042. I don't know if you can get it without a dealer account but I figured I'd throw that out there.

I'm going to say they did give up on us till I actually see the turbo kit in question... Then I might just go and buy one....
If that turbo will bolt on the old up pipe and intake hat......... I want one!
