ICP Sensor Leak

I found my ICP was loose and leaking oil.
I removed it, cleaned everything, removed the orange deteriorated o ring and replaced it with a green A/C o ring which was handy. 2 days later it's leaking again. Was tight but oring was damaged/blown out.
Is there a specific oring that can be purchased separately for this?
Also, is there a torque spec on this sensor?

I would say the oring was the wrong size.

the o ring is available from ford, or at least it was when I last bought one a few years ago
