I'm really not sure what to tell you about a flywheel. I'm guessing you have a standard trans clutch anf flywheel but really not sure. Removing the inspection cover will tell you if you have the dual mass wheel or not. You have not told us what year or trans you have so its just a best type guess at this point trying to help you. Please tell us what trans you have and what year your truck is so we can help..

You have the ZF5 but that still wouldnt tel any anyone if it is a dualmass or a regular flywheel.
Please fill out your sig so we all know what year truck and engine you have so we know what your working with.

Might be able to pull the inspection cover at the bottom of the bellhousing and see... I can't remember if the dual mass would be clearly distinguishable from that angle though.

Nope. All 5 speed trucks stock would have had the dual mass flywheel. The single mass is a very popular aftermarket conversion. So if no one ever replaced it it'll be dual mass, but there's no way to know it's never been replaced with a single mass short of actually looking at it unless you know the entire maintenance history of the truck.

All the above posting clearly tell you why nobody can tell you what you have. Its like looking at any idi in any truck or van and trying to tell someone its a 6.9, 7.3 or a 7.3 turbo engine. Any of these engines wil bolt directly into any truck or van in the same area with all the same accessorys bolts from one engine to the other. They are all drilled and tapped the same.. Even most of the internal parts cross between the engines. When you get the incpection cover off it will show a single friction plate or two friction plates for the dual mass wheels.

Most of the time , with an older one, you can grab the outer part of teh flywheel where the teeth are , and if it's a dual mass flywheel, you will be able to move it back and forth just a little bit ( do this with the trans in gear ) use both hands and give a good twist, if it moves excessively, the thing is toast( exact specs are all over this site, use search feature) if it doesnt move any at all, then chances are you have yourself a SMF ( or possibly a DMF that has been modded )

Best bet, regardless of what is currently in there, is to go ahead and get a single mass flywheel, in 12 or 12 1/4 " ( you dont want 11' you only get 4 center springs with that and will get rollover noise, the larger ones wil give you usually 9 springs and no rollover noise )and get a clutch to go with it and have a fresh setup in there and be done with it. Removing trannys is no fun ( unless you are just a glutton for punishment ) just do it once and be done.
Spend the extra 30 bucks and get the kevlar pilot bushing instead of the bearing that comes with the kits, you won't be sorry
For a top notch clutch setup, Call Ft Wayne Clutch They have great new clutches, I prefer to buy their rebuilt clutches and save some money, they do really great work and build them up right. Ive got a rebuilt clutch with a kevlar lining, VERY nice setup, I have about 100k on this one and I pull HEAVY

Short answer:
Bolt it on

Long answer: you *may* need to swap out your clutch master cyl push rod with an adjustable one ( about $11 from Napa) if you end up with issues with your pedal position ( but this can happen with any aftermarket clutch installation, including ones done on DMFs )

Always remember to use blue loctite on the flywheel bolts or you will leak oil out onto your nice new clutch.
take a good look at rear main seal condition while you are in there, its the perfect time to replace it while you have everything apart
