How to lock out wastegate factory turbo?

Temporary purposes eventually I do plan on usuing the wastegate as intended. But my hopes was to get 15 psi boost on my truck I thought I did enough modifications to it by now but apperently not. With 60-1 wheel mod banks dp and 90cc pump with stage1's injectors, 4 inch exhaust and a large air filter I thought by now I'd be at 15 with it. Maybe 3 inch exhaust housing help?

I think your IC is filling with oil.

I just installed the intercooler not even 1000 miles ago it shouldn't be full of oil already?

Doubt it, unless you've "burned" through multiple quarts of oil. Lol
