AC works great and we get really hot summers here so def will be replacing. More than likely there's a leak there.Second photo is the AC condenser. If it didn't work prior, I wouldn't sweat it.
As for the oil cooler, I respect the ingenuity lol but otherwise nah sometimes they are just a bear to put together.
It appears that the lower cap isn't square with the tube. That's why it won't go.Trying to get this cooler reassembled but it's not cooperating any other tips here?
I like to remove it.Obviously remove all the old gasket but does the carbon build up need to go too?

Curious if those valve seals are any better than the stock ones.
Some are saying RTV black and you're saying gray. Is there a big difference between the two? Thanks.With the engine out of the truck, and both surfaces clean and dry, ultra grey 100% of the time.
With the engine still in the truck, I will use the gasket, and with silicone in the right places wont leak.
