High speed miss with a 6.9

This is the problem I'm having it idiles fine but it misses @ 65/70 but not all the time, all help will be appreciated.

When it misses does it seem like it looses power then comes back in excess then goes back to normal?

If it's smoking white when doing so, It's probably the timing is very retarded. This is due to the IP & injectors being worn.

The power doesn't change it's just a miss miss and then it will quit and come back, It mite go for a few miles and do it again. There is no white smoke and I have the timing avanced a little. The IP has about 3000 miles on a rebuild and the injectors were cleaned and reset at 1800 psi.

It's definitely fuel. Might be an injector? Can you take a video and upload to Youtube?
