HELP! T444E POWERCHOKE 90psi Comp on three cyl.

Still kicking. Now that I've unpacked from the last trip I can pack up for the next one

Congrats on the new TT

Back on track...Here's what I can sort out with my limited resources.......

1994.5
175hp 430tq
AA code injectors
TP38 Turbo (low hp engines)

Can go 210 hp 485 tq with same injectors and turbo and just a reflash of the ECM

Could go to 230 hp and 605 tq changing to AC code high output injectors p/n 1824456C97AC , GT37 turbo used on 210 high torque, 230 and 250 hp engines ’94 to ‘97 and a reflash of the ECM. Possibly higher with emergency ratings if available

Is there a program for sale that I can buy to reflash the ECM myself? Also I will get the numbers off from my current engine to see if i have some upgraded parts to salvage!

If your current engine is the 1996 serial number 460194 and below 210 hp 485 tq you should be able to just swap the ecm with the 94 engine to get back to the original 210/485 rating.

Can't help you on chips and reflashing the ecm. Only heavy truck I had that done to was my '99 Pete 379 and had Cummins do it so I didn't void the warrenty.

Might want to contact TS Performance. The do some medium duty and agricultural chips.
