Well I got some good news! 75 degrees today, went out and charged the batteries, made sure all the connections were good and started cranking the slug and it seems to be pushing fuel now! Got a plume of grey diesel coming out of the pipe! I actually started cranking with the return line leading from injector #1 to the IP cover disconnected, cranked for about 5 seconds and checked it and found a stream of fuel coming out of it and all of the injector nuts were soaked with fuel. Odd thing is, the pass side row of return hoses are filled with fuel, but the driver side are all filled with air, even after cranking it for a good 15 seconds.
