Do you guys think that the IP could be shot? It just doesnt seem like the IP can fail in a way that will prevent it from pumping any fuel

Well I got some good news! 75 degrees today, went out and charged the batteries, made sure all the connections were good and started cranking the slug and it seems to be pushing fuel now! Got a plume of grey diesel coming out of the pipe! I actually started cranking with the return line leading from injector #1 to the IP cover disconnected, cranked for about 5 seconds and checked it and found a stream of fuel coming out of it and all of the injector nuts were soaked with fuel. Odd thing is, the pass side row of return hoses are filled with fuel, but the driver side are all filled with air, even after cranking it for a good 15 seconds.

Thanks Clb! I got the truck running this past weekend, she growls pretty smooth after sitting through the winter. Found that it has an oil leak most likely coming out of the cooler so it is still down until I get that fixed.
