Well I had replaced the FSS, just trying to make sure I install the new correctly.

And yes, if you have the next pages of whatever that document is, then I would love to take a look at it.

Give me a list of pages and I'll try and post em.
Its 20 total so I would need multiple posts to do them all.
The coffey pot is about empty, so its time to get out and work.
I will check in later .

The troubleshooting notes under "no fuel to cylinders" says to go to "step" 10, looks like it should be on the next page after the one you posted.

Damnit, I hope I can get it going without doing that. Need it driving within 3 weeks. Got out of work this morning at 4am, back in at 130pm today, had no time to test it. Reinstalled the cover and whooo boy is,that delicate. I could barely feel when the arm lined up on the fss. Will try firing it tomorrow and post results. Expecting to have to bleed the lines for a while. At least im learning ALOT about how these work.

Pop test is nice, some say spray pattern is not huge for a precup eng.
but time the thing first, then

If the truck needs a pump and inj. ( survey says..100-125k is thumbnail limit) just drive it.
If it smokes and belches 'hard starting' you now have the reason.
There is not alot one can do to save the worn parts without a propper rebuild.

Upload to Google docs or Dropbox, then can make it a public file and share the link.

I got the 17 pics loaded into a tech post ( submitted) so lets see if the mods deem them worthy.
Its got to be reviewed first.

Well, I reinstalled the cover, found the #11 maxi fusecwas blown so I replaced thst. Now the WTS light, parking brake, and battery light are on all the time even when the key is not in thd ignition... very odd, but the solenoids under the IP cover both click when they should, still no fuel out of the IP. Plenty of fuel being pushed into the IP from the filter.
