Hey guys I'm replacing the head gaskets on my 1990 f250 7.3idi non turbo. I was wondering do you have to remove the a/c/ heater box for the passenger side head to come out?

No you don't, but it is tight. Lift it, using a motor lift, until it is free than you can maneuver to clear the AC Box. These heads weigh some where around 80 pounds.

You can't remove all of the head bolts and pushrods with the box in place. I used to wrap rubber bands around them and then around a valve or two to keep them from falling out of the bottom of the head.
