I just wanted to offer some help for those that have to replace the hazard flasher that's on the top of the onboard fuse box, like mine.
Get on your back on the floor and shine a flashlight on top of the fuse box. You'll see a gray plastic cage housing the flasher. The flasher can come out through the top of this cage. The cage has a open slot on the side where you can see the flasher inside. Use a screwdriver on the bottom of the flasher to push it up through.
Before trying to put the new one in, stick a finger into where the flasher connects to feel where the tabs of the flasher need to insert into the socket. On mine, one of them lined right up with the slot that you put the screwdriver through and the other was toward the driver's fender from that.
I hope this saves someone a bit of time and frustration.
