Have a problem with the AC

I'm trying to remove the orifice tube but not sure how it comes out. I removed the collar that goes arounf the pipe and pulled on it but it dosen't budge. It spins around easily but when I pull on the tube it's not coming out and I don't want to put to much force on scared I might break somthing.
Whats the right way to remove? Any help would be great!!!

they are tight sometimes and they do break sometimes. I actually had to cut my tube off and get a repair section from napa. If the top does break thread a drywall screw into it and pull on that. The special tool looks just like that.
