Well hooked up a fuel pressure gauge, 2nd gear hard acceleration and it was in 2in-hg... looks like a better fuel pump is on the list of needs.

Sorry to dig up this old thread but with your more recent post about the turbo IP I’m curious if and how you solved this fuel pressure issue and if that resolved your mileage and power in the truck before the pump swap? Is the truck, with the turbo pump, performing as you expect? Has it been on long enough yet for you to evaluate power and mileage?

I haven’t had the chance to put the newer fuel system in, the turbo pump is definitely more responsive and more power, as for mileage I’m running my first real tank at the moment so no data yet. I did max out the fuel screw before I put it on but it only moved 3 flats, may try some of Wes’s adjustments to get more power out of it. I am getting 14-15psi of boost out of this pump compared to about 10psi with the old pump.
