The PDF is 13 pages. But the page #'s from the article itself start at 28 and go up to 44 or 45 I believe. It could be that there are advertisements on those pages in the printed copy.

I was asking because it is definitely missing something when I read through it. I think also that some of the pages are lacking part of the text.

Only reason I even brought it up was because I really would like to know what I am missing.
