I am familiar with Acuratediesel but not the plugs. Hard to say what these plugs are but I like the made in america idea. I'm not willing to be a test rig at this time. I suppose if these were tested by applying power to them on a test bench and run till failure that might tell us more.
I think they are rebadged Wellmans. I ran a set for three years in my 6.9 with push button glow system. I took them out and none of the tips were swollen. They were still working but I swapped in a rebuilt 6.9 and used new Berus. I think there was a u-tube video of one of them shorted out to a battery for several minutes and they glowed but never burned out or swelled.

I run these on my 6.9 at this point in time and we use the same plugs in the navy for the tow tractors we use. I have had no problems and my truck takes less time to warm up now. I like them and yes there is a you tube video on them.

Well, a couple of good reviews and I will add mine. I think these are Wellman's, and I also liked the idea of "Made in USA", so I bought a set a couple of years ago. The ones I bought had a similar description as the one posted and came in boxes labeled "Diesel Rx". I installed the plugs and on the first start cycle everything seemed fine - the WTS light came on for about 12seconds in cold weather and the truck started right up. On the second start cycle, the WTS came on for about 3 seconds - UHOH! I checked the plugs and one was dead. I went to take it out and I barely got it out of the head because it was swelled. That was enough for me! I took 'em all out and put new Motorcraft Beru's in and have been fine ever since. No more experimentation for me. I know- there can be bad plugs every once in while from any manufacturer and these Wellmans have probably worked fine for everybody else. Kind of like my DB Electrical starter. Bought one based on good reviews and the one I got was a POS. Just my luck.
Edit - I should add that I used these plugs with the stock glow plug controller in my "94. Maybe they work better in a push buttton system?

I installed these on my old '90 with a push button system and a homemade 10-gauge gp harness about a year before I sold it. Worked perfectly every time, hold button for 7 seconds no matter the temp, and would start on the first rev. Would use them again.

These reviews/posts kind of confirms what I have noticed about all the different GP brands. Beru, Wellman, Bosch seem to be the preferred GP's, Champion, Autolite are the ones that give the most trouble.

My personal experience...after my original (1988) GP's starting burning out I replaced them with Champions and ran them for many-many-many-years. Besides replacing those that burned out, never any issues or scary extractions.
The only reason I went back to Morotcraft GP's one time I got a deal on a full set...but now they're all about priced the same anyway > too much!
My Motorcraft GP's are eroding away at the tips and starting to fail...this time around, I may buy a full set of Bosh.

If the plug tips are eroding away what is the timing set to on the engine. Might be set too far advanced. Might want to have it checked. I see your located in Pa and maybe your not too far from Mel @ Conestoga Diesel..

Few years back (after all my Pensacola IP issues-remember?)
I did finally drive to the Master (Mel) to have him time my Baby Moose...he set it at 9.50 and locked it down.
