i wouldn't run double overdrive without an f-super duty and their 4.63 or 5.13 gearing.

Agreed. I would only run double od on the interstates over 60-65. I spend most of my time 70-75 when on highway even when the speed limit is 80. I feel this is a good speed for these trucks.
