I'm thinking of redoing all of my lines. I'm having an issues mainly in the rear tank where as I drive, I start to lose power and the fuel filter light comes on. I don't have this issue on the front tank, but I think selector just decides on it's own to switch to the rear tank. I would like to redo the lines and selector valve, but also would like to put an electric fuel pump on it. With the electric fuel pump, will I need to install a pressure regulator and return line?

Really depends on what pump you use, but I like to have a regulator there because it keeps the same fuel pressure throughout the rpm range so you don’t have timing drop.
