front end lift 83 f350?

So I have been doing a lot of work to my 83 f350. The front end is a twin I beam with coil springs and it is a 2wd. The truck is a flat bed and with no wheel wells I lifted the rear 1inch so 235/85/16 will clear. The rear is done with no issue and ready for new tires but I like the level look so I wanted the front leveled with a 2 inch lift. The problem is I put the truck on a rack and used the lift to raise the truck 2 inches to see what it would look like and the 2 inches severely changes the camber of the front wheels. I bought the 2 inch coil spacer but im concerned about burning up my new tires with the camber off that far. What are my options to get my 2 inch lift?

You need to have lift brackets and such just like a 4wd would have. But you are in "new territory" so to speak. I haven't a clue which brackets would work. I would say start with a f150 kit, since your 2wd arms are longer like a f150, and you have radius arms also correct? You will need to drop the radius arms also.

The f250/350 4x4 frontends use shorter twin-I-beams, so I am thinking those brackets probably won't work. And they have leaf springs, so they do not even use radius arms.

Some of these guys on this board know more about the heavier trucks like yours, they may know about another model or year truck that you could get a heavier duty solid beam 2wd axle out of that could be lifted easier.

Thanks for the input. Sounds like there is a real debate as to whether or not leveling this truck just for looks is worth the time or money. Obviously it could not be as simple as just lifting the coil spring. Any other input is welcomed but it sounds like my options are pretty straight forward but not easy.

As was mentioned, an F-150 or Bronco lift would probably be your starting point. A drop down pitman arm would also be required.
