Okay, I say don't kill it, but IF you do, can you PM me. I might be interested in the tailgate. By the way, I'm looking at getting 2 MORE crewcabs maybe. I found another 93 that is nice, that I might replace my other 93 with, and a 96 that might replace my 97. Long story, not worth going into. Then again IF I do buy these two....I might keep the other two! The wife WILL kill me. But I'll die with the most toys so I'll win! !
BTW, I'm in VA so not sure if the tailgate would cost too much to ship
Also, do you have spare crewcab parts? Like rear door window felts (beltline for inner /outer) or glass run weaterstripping?

I saw the truck in person before towcat picked it up. The tailgate is wasted on it, overall not a bad truck though. It is one of those trucks that is on the fence though, if I bought it I wasn't sure if I was going to part it, or fix it. I decided no all the way around...or he did. I didn't offer enough really.

yup, it's going to need glow plugs, injectors, and injection pump.
warmed up the batteries, it lit right off with a sniff of gogo juice.
