I made a new ride along video. This is the most recent, at about an hour ago.

I recently installed the new boost gauge so I could get actual readings as my 15psi gauge just pegged itself out.

Maxed my gears out (ZF5 and 4.10's) and EGT's are very much under control... no higher than 1050 at WOT for a long period. Also I will note that I have taken comp housing and intake hat readings approx 5-10 seconds after stopping the truck, and comp housing and turbo hat is always between 110-130* after pulling hard runs like this, which tells me that my intake charge is at very reasonable temps.

Also take note that my EGT's are that high at the start when I get in it, because I just got done doing the same type of run to get it warmed up and test it out.

Enough talking, here is the video. Comments welcome;Sweet

that was bad ass!! did the truck smoke like hell when you were gettin on it?

thanks. Smoke completely clears up around 15-17psi, so when I'm all the way in it... no it doesn't smoke much. I could turn up my pump more for sure, but I have a really good air/fuel mix going right now that I'm happy with it.

Wow. That would really look impressive with a factory speedometer!!

Do you have an intercooler or is the new turbo wheel size the reason your charge air is cool enough to pull this off?

Agreed. When I ordered the GPS speedo I specified I wanted a 100mph speedo, but they messed up and sent me a 200. I can send it in to get refaced and calibrated whenever I want, I just use the truck too often to lose the speedo.

I had a 7.3 PSD intercooler I was planning on using, but when I changed my turbo up, it worked out well so I got lazy and never put the I/C on.

And yes, its the different comp side of my turbo, it is much more efficient than any of the turbo's that get put onto these, as well as my 4" coated intake tube, and 6637 filter.

do you like the dps injectors

Yes, I like my DPS pump and injectors. 10,000 miles and no issues.

no, do not buy them for your truck. Way more fuel than your engine can burn.

a matched set of stock injectors is perfect for you.

Its hard to say, these injectors supply alot of fuel and build alot of boost. I wouldnt run them unless you are committed to fully building your engine. Otherwise, BB's will probably do all you need.

not a problem.

I just wanted to post this video for some of the non believers and skeptics. I have no reason to lie about my setup.

One of the other things I do is add the big bottle of DieselKleen Cetane boost/lubrication additive and a quart of quicksilver 2stroke oil to my 105gallon tank.
