Hi all at OB,
After some months of work, added parts new engine, new gearbox, very much appreciated help from Heath, Mel and Russ. I was finally able to go on the first 4 day travel on my truck.
In general all mods worked OK.
Just to show you guys some of what we are doing here in Iceland I will attach some pictures. These are all taken very close to the famous volcano Eyjafjallajokull.
Hope you all like.

Thanks Russ,
I think I may need to get the reground cam for lower torque.
With these tires I have to rev the motor a little to much in Low Range.

Definately would help. We could waive the core so that would ease the shipping. I have a few cores scrounged up.

You guys are some of the most hard core off roaders I've had the pleasure of viewing. I'm sure to you, it's just another day in the neighborhood, but you guys are outside working on your rigs in weather that has most of us holed up in front of our gas heaters and fireplaces! And just look at the fantastic stuff you guys build! I see an awesome 6X6 in there too! And where do you get tires like that? Hell, I doubt they are street legal here unless you have an agricultural registration. I'm very happy to have had a hand in it!

WOW!!! It looks like you all had a great time. Seeing those photos really makes me miss Iceland as well as Herb and Elin (my wife's Icelandic brother and his wife). We had such a great time there in '09. I really hope we can go back for a visit soon. I'm sure if Herb will get to business and get his wife in the motherly way, we can have a good excuse to head back to Iceland. I will definately have to have a good look at (and I hope a ride in) your truck when we do!

Hi again guys,
Thanks for all your good compliments. Here are some more pictures, the only real trouble I had on this trip was that one tire got dismounted from the wheel when doing a side slope with only 2.8 PSI in the tires.
The 6x6 has 44 inch Pitbull tires, CTIS, Crawler gear and all sorts of nice things it is owned by my father in law and is a strong going beast.
What I found was that I really need to find a Hydroboost setup for the brakes and possibly Hummer Wheels with internal beadlock.

Regards - Jorgen
