Looking for an extra capacity tank to fit where the stock tank is. could be the front or rear location. I use the bed too muck to take up my cargo room with a bed mounted type tank. It doesn't need to be huge, just some extra fuel storage for driving range.
I saw a Dorman #576167 listed on summit. Is this the Right one?

So for anyone that knows, what fits our trucks?

If you want them totally under the bed, I have seen the 30-gallon 1st Gen. Dodge plastic tanks mounted under Ford trucks on BOTH sides of the drive-shaft.

Two of those plus the rear tank will yield 80-gallons of capacity.

The Dodge tanks are thick plastic.

Leave the rear tank on the Ford factory gauge.

Install generic SunPro senders through the top of the Dodge tanks (you cut a small hole) and either two separate SunPro gauges or a single gauge controlled by a DPDT switch.

I highly recommend mounting sealed bulk-head fittings through the bottom of the tanks such that a CAPPED drain-valve can be installed; thus, it is a simple matter to drain a tank should the need arise.

Put the 40-gallon Bronco tank in place of the rear tank and your total capacity rises to 100-gallon.
