I'm trying to diagnose the sound my truck makes under load, like going up a hill. I think it might be an exhaust leak but I'm a novice and would appreciate other opinions. It does not make the sound at idle or even really noticeable when parked revving to higher rpms. The sound can be heard best towards the end of the video. The sound seems to come from the passenger side of the engine.
Thanks

Really hard to hear on my phone but probably is an exhaust leak. Make sure the exhaust is tight against the exhaust manifolds and look at all the joints for soot escaping which denotes a leak

Yup,probably an exhaust leak.

You should see soot buildup around where it's leaking, which is an easy way to tell.

Yeah, the audio isn't great. Maybe a drive by would have given a better sound.
I appreciate y'all listening. I'll poke around and see if I can find some soot.
