Engine vibrations (not the good kind)

So for the past two weeks I've been noticing a vibration that I can feel in the steering wheel and accelerator pedal. It slowly been getting more and more noticeable. Do you think this could be caused by old injectors? My trucks got 210 on her and I think stock injectors because they are grey. My first thought was it could be worn motor mounts but I dont think it would happen that quickly? The vibration seems to be RPM related but its most noticable on the highway from 60 + and goes away when I let off the gas. Any thoughts?

Good idea Ill check them tomorrow. They were fine 10,000 ago when I redid the front ones but that would explain the vibration while driving and not sitting still.

Check the carrier bearing too
